Carolina Nitzel, Office Manager
A former speedskating champion, Carolina runs the office for Stand Up & Cheer. Her day-to-day responsibilities include accounting, client services, operations and ensuring the company is poised to handle growth over the next several years. Born in Ploeisti, Romania she is the oldest of nine children.

Keishiro Jubaru, Marketing Services
Keishiro Jubaru started with the company right from the beginning. He originally came to the United States to work for the Kansas City Outlaws of the United Hockey League. He is responsible for all marketing services, database management and retention for the company. He will the University of Kansas this next spring where he will enroll as a junior. His hometown is Tokyo, Japan.
